The Emile Henry pan produces petite baguette loaves with crispy crust and airy interiors. The clay from the Burgundy region of France, absorbs and retains heat evenly for gentle, uniform baking. This wonderful pan releases bread easily and will not chip, crack, craze or absorb odours or flavours. Designed for proofing and baking in one vessel. Turns out five 18cm baguette loaves.

Care and Use
- Allow to cool down completely before cleaning. Do not pour cold water onto a hot dish.
- Dishwasher safe. For stubborn residue, soak in hot water and white vinegar before placing in the dishwasher
