Reserve Extra Virgin Olive Oil
The Lot Eight ‘Reserve’ aims to showcase the single variety Greek cultivar, Koroneiki, a personal favourite of the oil maker. Each year Lot 8 introduce a selection of Italian varieties of olives to ensure that the resulting oil exhibits refined notes of herbs and tropical fruits. This robust blend started with several awards including best in class and remains true to its origin. It is perfect as a dipping oil or to provide a perfect finishing touch to a warm dish.

Lot Eight olive oils are recognised and enjoyed around the world for both their practices and their flavours. Colin and Nalini purchased a year-old olive grove in 1997, with the aim one day to provide New Zealand with homegrown premium extra virgin olive oils. Years later, with some of the original trees replaced with Nalini’s choice of olive varieties, they have honed their craft by being involved in all aspects of their business, from the grove to the table. They are counted amongst the original pioneers of the olive industry in New Zealand.
