Gift Wrapping

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, we do, and it’s free of charge! If you’d like your item to be wrapped beautifully, simply select the ‘gift wrapping’ option on the cart page. You can also add a personal message.

Order Confirmation

What happens once I place an order online?

Once you’ve placed an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation sent to the email address you provided at the checkout. We will endeavour to dispatch all orders received within 3-4 working days of receiving payment for your order. Once your order is shipped, you’ll then receive an email update with tracking details.

If for some reason you don’t get this email, please check your spam/junk folder (it can sometimes get lost!). If you’re still stuck, please log in to your account to check that your order was processed - and if you’re still having problems please contact us directly.

Out of Stock Items

What happens if the item I order is out of stock?

If your item is out of stock, you’ll be notified and given the option to cancel, change your order, or wait for the product to become available.

Special Orders

What’s your policy for special orders?

Full payment is required for all special orders. If a product has to be ordered specifically for you, the item can’t be cancelled or returned if you decide you no longer want the product.

Do I need a customer account?

If you want to place an order, you can either set up a customer account or check out as a guest. All we need is your contact and shipping information.

I'm having trouble signing into my account, what should I do?

Oh no! Please try resetting your password, and if that doesn’t work, contact us at sales@mint-martinborough.nz and we’ll help you out.

How do I reset my password?

If you can't remember your password, we'll need to reset it for you. Simply click here to change it.

How can I access my wish list?

To access your wishlist, please log in to your account (or alternatively click this link).

Is my personal information kept private?

Absolutely! In line with the Data Protection Act, we promise to keep all your information private and secure. You can read more about our privacy policy here.

How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

We’d be sad to see you go, but you’re free to unsubscribe at any time by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ button at the bottom of any newsletter. Alternatively, you can email us at sales@mint-martinborough.nz and we can remove your information from our database completely.
