Established in the middle of the 19th century by the wonderfully playful Portuguese designer Rafael Bordallo Pinheiro, the brand that bears his name has become something of an institution in his native country thanks to his iconic cabbage leaf pottery. Bordallo Pinheiro uses traditional techniques to make its inimitable ceramics, drawing inspiration from organic forms to create all manner of incredible tableware.
